ABAQUS火箭发射装置动力学分析与性能评估

摘要结合液压控制原理,研究某型远程火箭发射装置的液压高低机和方向机控制系统,以状态方程组形式推导单阀控非对称缸电液比例控制系统,以及单个阀控双非对称缸驱动同一负载的电液比例同步控制系统的非线性数学模型,采用Matlab/Simulink仿真,分析液压随动系统稳态特性和动态响应特性,校核液压高低机和液压方向机的稳定性、稳定裕度、响应速度等性能;根据结构动力学理论和非线性有限元分析方法,采用非线性有限元软件 ABAQUS,对发射系统进行发射动力学仿真分析,研究发射装置的结构固有属性,校核发射装置结构刚强度,并分析发射装置振动引起的初始扰动以评估发射装置的发射性能,为发射装置的改进和优化设计提供依据。26669 关键词: 多管火箭发射装置 阀控非对称缸 电液比例控制 发射动力学 毕业设计说明书(毕业论文)外文摘要 Title The Rocket Launcher’s Dynamic Analyses and Performance Analyses Abstract Based on the hydraulic elevating and azimuthal control system of the Long-range Multiple Rocket Launcher, the electro-hydraulic proportional valve controlled unsymmetrical cylinder system’s mathematical model, and the single electro-hydraulic proportional valve controlled couple of unsymmetrical cylinders synchronous control system’s nonlinear model , according to hydraulic control thesis, are deduced by the state equations. Matlab/Simulink software is taken to construct hydraulic control system’s simulation model and used to analyze hydraulic system’s steady-state characteristics and dynamic characteristics, including hydraulic elevating and azimuthal control systems’ stability, stability margin and response rate. According to structure dynamics and nonlinear finite element methods, the paper utilizes ABAQUS software and conducts the launch dynamics’ analysis of the Multiple Rocket Launcher. Simultaneously, the analysis of the rocket launcher’s inherent properties, rigidity and intensity are taken, as well as the calculation of the initial disturbance caused by launcher’s vibration, which has great significance for the Multiple Rocket Launcher’s improvement and optimization.
