ABAQUS的30吨轴重货物车辆轮对结构设计和强度分析

摘要:随着我国经济的不断发展,铁路运输的任务量越来越大,对于货物列车的运载能力的要求越来越高。作为提高线路输送能力、加强铁路运输效率的一种重要措施,铁路重载运输已成为世界各国铁路货物运输发展的主要趋势,也是我国目前提高铁路运输能力的主要途径。货物车辆作为重载列车的载体,其载重的主要提升途径是轴重的增加,而30t轴重货物车辆的研究正是目前我国铁路货运的主要任务。与此同时,随着轴重的增大,作为承受车辆全部重量并直接传递轮轨间作用力的轮对,其结构和强度也必然有了新的要求。本文将对目前国内外铁路重载运输的发展水平、铁路轮对的研究现状进行介绍,并根据国内相关标准对30t轴重的货物车辆轮对进行结构设计,最终通过有限元分析的方法对所设计轮对进行强度分析。27768 毕业论文关键词:货物车辆;轮对;结构设计;结构强度;有限元法 Structure Design and Strength Analysis of 30t Axle-load Freight Car Wheelset Abstract:With the development of economy in our country, the task of railway transportation is more and more heavy. As an important measure to strengthen the capacity and efficiency of railway transportation, railway heavy-load transportation has become a main trend in the development of railway transport of goods around the world, and it is also the main way to improve the ability of railway transportation in our country at present. Freight car as the carrier of heavy-load train, its capacity of railway transportation is mainly promoted by the increase of axle load. In our country, the development of 30t axle-load freight car is the main development objectives nowadays. At the same time, with the increase of axle load, the wheelset which is the main bearing part, its structure and strength have to be reconsidered. This paper will introduce the development of railway heavy-load transportation and the research situation of railway wheelset both in China and abroad, and design the structure of 30t axle-load freight car wheelset according to the relevant domestic standards. In the end, we will analysis the strength of the designed wheelset by the method of finite element analysis.
