摘要钻机又称为钻探机,广泛应用与地质勘探中。本次毕业设计主要针对ZDY-1900型全液压钻机,进行液压系统和卡盘设计。ZDY-1900型全液压钻机是动力头式的,其特点是扭矩大,起拔力也较大,可以用于各种用途的钻孔,比如注水孔,排放孔,地质勘探孔等工程用孔。ZDY-1900型全液压钻机在液压系统和卡盘的设计上有许多优点,例如:该钻机由三大部分组成,解体性能较好,方便搬迁,非常灵活;采用液压系统自动拆卸钻具,有效的降低了劳动强度;该钻机采用支撑油缸对机身倾角进行调节,比较省力,而且可靠性高;该钻机通过蝶形卡盘夹持钻杆,加持可靠,操作方便,在一次安装中就能全方位的进行钻孔工作,效率较高。我在此次毕业设计中,主要负责三个方面的设计工作,首先要对整个全液压钻机进行液压系统设计,其次是设计卡盘部分,最后依次完成泵站的设计。其中最重要的部分就是液压系统的设计,如果不符合要求,继续调整,直到设计出满足要求的全液压钻机。由于普通的钻机体积较大,在作业过程中遇到很多问题,而ZDY-1900型钻机运用了模块化的设计方法,避免了以往钻机的缺点。28024 毕业论文关键词 钻机 ZDY-1900型 液压系统设计 卡盘设计 泵站设计 Abstract Because of the mine tunnel narrow space, underground geological exploration drilling holes, gas drainage hole, Hole supposed to explore other operations, general rigs as bulky and not easy in the trenches for operations.
