ADAMS模块药连续生成机构的设计与分析

摘要模块药连续生成机构是弹药自动装填系统的一个重要组成部分,可按照火控系统指令选取相应种类和数量的模块发射药,其结构设计的合理性和工作的可靠性直接影响火炮总体的可靠性、安全性和连续性。本文以某预研项目为研究背景,针对某弹药自动装填系统中的模块药连续生成机构提出若干种设计方案,比较评定后完成最终方案设计。运用虚拟样机软件对机构进行了运动学和动力学仿真分析,模拟关键部件的运动和受力情况,为工程样机研制提供数据支撑。主要工作如下: (1)模块药连续生成机构设计方案讨论:对比分析国内外现役和在研火炮自动供输弹系统特点,对模块药连续生成机构总体布局进行谈论,针对模块药贮存药仓、分药机构等核心部件提出若干种设计方案,综合各设计方案的特点,提出三种机构总体设计方案进行对比分析。28098 (2)模块药连续生成机构总体结构设计:在自动供输弹系统弹仓、药仓等部件接口确定的情况下,完成模块药连续生成机构设计工作,并对其传动结构和驱动结构进行选型校核,使用ProE软件建立机械结构三文模型,完成各部件构建和装配工作。 (3)模块药连续生成机构动力学分析:使用虚拟样机软件对模块药连续生成机构进行运动学和动力学建模与仿真。在ADAMS软件中完成机构模型创建,分析各构件在药循环过程中受力情况以及速度、加速度变化情况,验证了模块药连续驱动方案的正确性。 关键词 结构设计 虚拟样机 动力学 毕业论文设计说明书外文摘要 Title Design and Analyse of a system to automatically pick up the propellant charge modules Abstract A system to automatically pick up the propellant charge modules is one of the key techniques of artillery’s fully automatic feeding system.This paper put forward several kinds of design of automatically pick up system which included in automatic feeding system and finished the final design.By using the virtual prototype software,the kinematic and dynamic simulation of the mechanism is carried out and the movement and the force of the key parts are analyzed.The date is provided for the engineering prototype.The main work is as follows: Discuss of the automatically pick up system: By comparing the artillery which is on active service or under developing,we discussed the arrange of the automatically pick up system and designed the core components.Cmparing the characteristics of the design schemes,we put forward three kinds of overall design scheme of the system to discuss. Design of the automatically pick up system:we finished the finish the final design..Then the 3-d model of the manipulator was established by ProE. Dynamic analysis of the automatically pick up system:The virtual prototype model was established to simulate and analyze the force and torque in each joint by using the virtual prototyping software.we analysed the stress,velocity and acceleration changes in the process of work cycle to verify the correctness of the system continuous driving scheme.
