E-305S木工铣床的结构方案设计及动静态性能分析

摘要木工机床作为重要的机床工具,在制造业,家具和木制品加工等行业应用广泛。而当前国内的木工机床发展创新能力不足。本文就E-305S木工铣床的设计要求,对其进行整体方案设计和部分零部件的动静态性能分析。
    本文首先叙述了木工机械的一些发展历史和近况,说明了本次的设计的意义和作用。之后对木工铣床整机进行了方案设计,并对主要的传动机构进行了参数设计和静态性能的校核。通过这些设计方案绘制出二文和三文的模型。再根据设计出的模型,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对主轴的静动态性能进行分析,验证设计的合理性。
    通过本次设计,完成了对E-305S木工铣床的方案性设计,并对设计的可靠性进行了验证,使木工机床的设计过程更加规范合理,利用计算机CAD和CAE软件完善了产品开发时所需的步骤,并为之后的优化有着重要的借鉴意义。28471

Title    The General Design of E-305S Woodworking Milling Machine
 and the Analysis of Dynamic and Static Performance      
Abstract
Woodworking machine is an important machine tool which is used widely in the manufacturing industry, furniture and wood products processing industry and some other industries .But domestic woodworking machinery is  deficient in innovation currently. In this paper, I carry on the general design and analysis of dynamic and static performance with the requirements of designing E-305S woodworking milling machine.
This paper first introduces the history and development of the woodworking machinery ,illustrating the significance and function of this design. Then I complete the general design of the woodworking milling machine and the parameter design of main transmission mechanism and check the static performance. Then I begin to produce two-dimensions and a three-dimensional model through these design plans. Through the model designed ,I analyze the static and dynamic performance of the spindle by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS  to  verify the rationality of the design.
The E-305S woodworking milling machine design is completed through this paper, and the reliability of the design is also verified .The design process of woodworking machine is more reasonable specification at the same time. The product development steps are improved by using computer CAD and CAE software, which has  important significance for the further optimization.
