PLC轮毂喷涂生产线专用除尘装置设计

摘要本次毕业设计为轮毂喷涂生产线专用除尘装置设计。该除尘装置能够实现对喷涂生产线多余漆粉的回收的功能,在节约漆粉成本的同时还净化了喷涂车间的空气。专用除尘装置主要由滤芯过滤、反吹系统、风机三个部分组成。本文对反吹系统进行了详细的设计,并且通过喷粉车间测量的数据对滤芯和风机进行了选型,最后还设计了反吹系统和风机简单的PLC控制以及与整体相配套的配件的设计。通过对粉尘浓度分析以及除尘精度等要求完成了滤芯的选材以及规格设计。反吹系统由电磁脉冲阀、喷嘴、气泵等组成。通过对反吹需求的分析,完成了电磁阀的选型,反吹距离设计,优化了反吹的效率。最后配合反吹以及滤芯的参数对风机进行了选型,并给出了风机的安装及保养等相关信息。最后,本文对风机以及电磁阀的工作控制设计了相应的PLC控制程序,并给出了集粉筒、集粉漏斗等相关配件的设计。28476

Title   Special Dust-extraction Device For Spraying Production Line of Wheel Hub                  
Abstract
The graduation design is special dust-extraction device for spraying production line of wheel hub.This device is designed to realize the function of recycling the excess painting powder in the production line,and purify the air in spraying workshop as well.The device is mainly composed of filter,inverse blowing system and the fan .The detailed design of the inverse blowing system is introduced in this paper , then the suitable filter and fan is selected referring the measured data in the powder injection workshop,and the simple PLC control for inverse blowing system and fan is designed.The material of filer and design specification is chosen by analyzing the dust contraction and requirements of dust-extraction accuracy.The inverse blowing system is composed of solenoid valve, nozzle, pump, etc.The solenoid valve and distance of inverse blowing is designed,and the efficiency of the inverse blowing system is optimized.Then, the fan in terms of the parameters of the inverse blowing system and filter is selected,and the installation and maintenance of the fan and other relevant information is given in the paper.Finally, the PLC control program for the solenoid valve and fan is designed.
