冲击波压力传感器系统准静态校准方法研究

摘要在实际毁伤工况下测量冲击波压力时,由于受到各种干扰的影响(如温度,冲击振动),而使传感器系统产生寄生响应,这种响应将严重影响冲击波压力信号的判读,需对传感器采取必要的干扰抑制措施。采取这些抑制措施后,传感器的工作特性参数将会发生变化。因此必须对采取抑制措施后的传感器系统进行校准。因为压电传感器的电荷泄漏现象,压电传感器会发生零漂,其零、低频特性不佳。所以不能使用静态校准,而应采用准静态校准。28563 采用“比对式”方法进行冲击波压力测量系统准静态校准。利用现有的落锤液压装置,组建了标准压力监测系统及典型冲击波压力系统,并探讨了准静态校准量传体系。对标准压力监测系统进行了静态标定,以求取其工作特性参数。在落锤液压装置上开展了准静态校准试验方法的研究,获得了标准压力监测系统和典型冲击波压力测量系统的试验数据。根据所获得数据,进行了典型冲击波压力测量系统工作特性参数求取方法的研究。针对脉宽为3ms的压力脉冲,对典型压力冲击波压力测量系统低频段的传递特性开展研究。 关键词 冲击波压力 准静态校准 标准压力监测系统 工作参数 低频特性 毕业论文设计说明书外文摘要 Title Quasi-static calibration Method of shock wave pressure sensor system Abstract When a shock wave pressure sensor system works in actual measurement conditions, due to the impact of various disturbances (such as temperature, vibration), the sensor system produces extra response which will seriously affect the values of the shock wave pressure signals. It is necessary to take measures of interference suppression for the sensors. After taking measures of interference suppression, operating characteristic parameters of the sensor will change. Therefore, the sensor system should be calibrated after take measures of interference suppression. Because the phenomenon of charge leakage taken place in piezoelectric sensors, piezoelectric sensors can occur zero drift, whose zero, low-frequency characteristics are poor. So static calibration can’t be used,and quasi-static calibration should be used. The quasi-static calibration of the shock wave pressure measurement system is carried out in the‘contradistinction’method .Using the existing hydraulic hammer calibration device, a standard pressure monitoring system and a typical shock wave pressure measurement system are established,and then the value dissemination of quasi-static calibration is explored. To acquire the operating characteristic parameters of the standard pressure monitoring system, the static calibration of the system is carried out. The research of quasi-static calibration test method is achieved based on hydraulic hammer calibration device. And the test data of the standard pressure monitoring system and the typical shock wave pressure measurement system are obtained. According to those data, the research of the evaluating method of the typical shock wave pressure measurement system is carried out. Aiming at the pressure pulse in which the pulse width is 3ms,the transmission characteristics of the low frequency section of the shock wave pressure measurement system is studied.
