多EFP末敏子弹战斗部结构设计

摘要在大炸高下实现主EFP对坦克目标的有效攻击,同时小EFP对坦克周围的有生目标进行有效打击。针对此本文以100mm口径为研究对象进行了多EFP战斗部结构设计。
首先设计了多EFP战斗部的结构,包括药型罩、壳体材料的选择和结构的设计,炸药装药的长度、炸药类型的选择,起爆方式的确定。通过细致讨论可能影响EFP的因素,确定设计方案。
其次通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA程序对EFP的成型进行数值仿真计算,得到具有良好飞行稳定性和长径比的EFP。
最后对设计好的战斗部结构的穿甲威力进行理论计算,通过侵彻理论在理论上计算EFP的初速和侵彻速度,为所设计的多EFP战斗部结构能够满足各项设计指标提供理论基础。进而通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA程序对EFP侵彻靶板的过程进行了数值仿真模拟,因理论解析计算时简化了很多条件,简单的采用经验公式则会加大误差,故计算结果和实际有出入,但是一般在允许范围内,故可以认为计算结果正确。29458

Title   Multiple Explosively formed Projectile(MEFP) Warhead  Structure Design                               
Abstract
In the big deep fried to achieve the main EFP to the tank target effective attack, while small EFP to the tank around the targeted effective attack. Aiming at this paper , the structure of MEFP warhead is designed by 100mm caliber.
firstly, the structure of the MEFP warhead is designed, including the choice of the medicine type cover, the material of the shell, the choice of the length of explosive charge, the choice of explosive type, and the determination of the explosive charge. Through careful discussion of the factors that may affect,determine the design scheme.
Secondly, the numerical simulate of EFP by ANSYS/LS-DYNA is carried out, and the EFP with good flight stability and long diameter ratio is obtained.Finally the design structure of warhead wear a powerful theoretical calculation,by penetration theory in theory calculation EFP velocity and penetration velocity,
for the design of EFP warhead can meet the design specifications provide a theoretical basis. the numerical simulate of the penetration of EFP by LS-DYNA software is carried out. By theoretical analysis, numerical calculation simplifies many conditions, simple using empirical formula will increase the error, so the calculation result and the actual discrepancy, but generally within the allowable range. So it can be considered to calculate the correct results.
