车削深度对车刀三向振动频域特性影响的试验设计

【摘要】车削过程中刀具的振动往往会影响车床的加工效率、降低产品质量,严重的甚至会威胁工作者的安全。本文主要是针对车削深度对刀具三向振动的频率影响进行试验研究,在机床刀具上安装三向振动传感器,采用2种试验方案:(1)保持进给速度和主轴转速不变,改变车削深度,研究刀具的振动变化规律(2)给定车削参数下,研究新刀具、中期磨损刀具、严重磨损刀具三种不同磨损状态的车刀振动规律。利用北京波谱振动信号分析仪分析了刀具三向振动的频域特性。研究表明:(1)随着车削深度的增加,刀具切向的自功率谱值最大,对刀具振动的影响最大,轴向的自功率谱值最小,对刀具振动的影响最小。(2)相同车削参数下,随着车刀磨损程度的增加,轴向的自功率谱值先减小后增大;径方向的自功率谱值先减小后增大;切向的自功率谱值先减小后增大。严重磨损的刀具振动最显著。33224 【毕业论文关键词】车削深度;刀具三向振动;频域分析; 试验研究 The Experimental Design of the Effect of Cutting depth on Frequency Domain Characteristics of Tool Three Direction Vibration 【Abstract】In the turning process, tool vibration tends to affect lathe processing efficiency,reduce product quality,even will threaten the safety of workers. This article is mainly aimed at the experimental design of the effect of cutting depth on frequency domain characteristics of tool three direction vibration ,Installing three direction vibration on the machine tool,using two kinds of protocol: (1) Keeping the feed rate and spindle speed constant, change turning depth to research the variation of tool vibration.(2) In a given turning parameter, research the vibration law states of three tools of the new tool, tool wear on medium term, severe abrasion tool. The frequency domain characteristics of tool three direction vibration is to be analyzed by the vibration signal analyzers of Beijing spectrum. Studies show that: (1) When the turning depth increases, the self-power of the tangential is max and the effect of the tool vibration is biggest. Furthermore, the self-power spectrum of the axial reduces, the impact on tool vibration is minimal;(2) In a same turning parameter, the self-power spectrum of the axial direction first decreases and then increases; in the radial direction, the self-power spectrum first decreases and then increases;in the tangential direction,the self-power spectrum first decreases and then increases.
