U形管过程物料换热器的设计说明书+CAD图纸

摘要:换热器就是将热流体的部分热量传递给冷流体的设备。换热器是动力、石油、化工、钢铁、食品、发电及其它许多工业部门的重要通用设备,在生产中占有重要的地位。换热器在化工生产中换热器可作为加热器、蒸发器、冷凝器、冷却器和再沸器等,应用十分广泛。
本课题的研究设计就是利用换热器能把热量传递给冷流体,使流体温度达到工艺流程规定指标的特点,设计一合适的U形管换热器利用过程物料的物理性质通过换热器对过程物料进行换热。U形管换热器其特点为每根管子均弯成U形,流体进、出口分别安装在同一端的两侧,封头内用隔板分成两室,每根管子可自由伸缩,来解决热补偿问题。在设计过程中,首先分析和研究了过程物料换热器的工作原理,对其部件的结构进行了设计方案论证,然后进行了结构设计、计算和校核。最后绘制了进给机构装配图和主要零部件图。5993

The Design of Process of Material Heat Exchanger
Abstract: The heat exchanger is the equipment which transfer part of heat from the hot fluid to the cold fluid. Heat exchanger is an important equipment of power, petroleum, chemical, steel, power, food and many other industrial sectors, plays an important role in the production.
The research and design of this subject is using the feature of heat exchanger to transfer heat to the cold fluid and allowing the fluid temperature reaching to the process specified index, designing a suitable U shaped tube heat exchanger by using physical properties of materials through the heat exchanger to transfer heat between process materials.The characteristic of U shaped tube heat exchanger is that each of the tubes are bent into U shape, the fluid inlet and outlet are arranged on the same end of both sides,the partition in the head is pided into two rooms,and each of the tubes can be freely telescopic to solve the problem of thermal compensation. First, analysis and research of the process materials heat exchanger, and then argument the components of the structure of the design, then has carried on the structural design, calculation and verification. Finally draw the feed mechanism assembly and the main parts.
