LabVIEW冲击式动态参数平台测试系统设计

摘要论文对落锤冲击式动态多参数测试系统展开了相关的研究工作。首先介绍了传感器、数据采集卡的选型及系统硬件的组成方式,在此基础上利用LabVIEW平台设计开发了一套实时测试系统,包括落锤冲击过程中落锤的实时速度、加速度、冲击力、油缸中的油压以及试件冲击吸收的能量测试,并针对该测试系统的特点,开发了专用的数据处理及分析软件。论文详细介绍了各模块的软件设计,给出了测试系统的测试结果并对测试数据进行了分析。所设计的测试系统能够实现数据的自动采集、处理、分析、结果显示、报表自动生成一体化等功能。测试界面人性化,充分考虑了用户使用的习惯性和方便性。6075 关键词 落锤冲击 动态多参数 测试系统 LabVIEW 数据处理 毕业设计说明书(论文)外文摘要 Title Software design of the dynamic testing system for parameters of a hammer impact Abstract The dynamic testing system for paremeters of hammer impact is researched in the thesis. The selection of sensors and data acquisition cards as well as the constituting method of the systemic hardware is introduced firstly. On this foundation, the platform of LabVIEW is used to design a set of real-time testing system, including the testing of the hammer hit real-time speet,acceleration,power,oil cylinder pressured and absorb energy.Also an appropriative data processing and analyzing software is developed aimed at the characteristics of the testing system. The thesis introduces the software design of each module in detail. Finally, the test results are given, and analysis are carried on the test data. The testing system designed can carry out acquisition of data, analysis of data, display of results and creation of report forms automatically. The interface of the testing system is very humanistic and well considered of the conventionalism and convenience for the customers.
