超超临界锅炉气液两相流检测传动装置设计+CAD图纸

摘要: 气液两相流装置针对电力、煤炭、冶金、石油、化工等行业,研究并推广的一种全新结构的设备。气液两相流的检测能保证气液两相流的正常工作,以及发生故障时对于导致故障原因的查找。本次的设计内容是运用PLC控制,有两个电机分别带动驱动杆的前进和旋转,使得让安装在驱动杆顶部的高清CCD传感器能边旋转边前进,探测气液两相流内部的状态。
由于横向的进给距离为6米,相对于给进设备的尺寸较长,所以我们把驱动杆平均分成优尔段,每段之间运用具有螺纹的连接器进行连接。驱动杆的螺纹部分使用铜材料
电机的分布分别是一上一下型,上面的电机1连接着有两个半圆组成的夹紧机构用来夹紧驱动杆,上面的电机1安装一块安装在导轨上的甲板上用来固定电机。下面的电机2通过联轴器连接两端固定的滚珠丝杆,滚珠丝杆上的螺母连接着甲板的下部分,甲板的上半部分连接这上面的电机1。36293
导轨我们安放在比电机2稍高的地方用于甲板上电机1的轴向移动。

Abstract: the gas-liquid two phase flow device for electric power, coal, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, research and promotion of a new structure of the equipment.
