O型配件自动装配工作台的设计+CAD图纸

摘要:O型配件是由机芯、目玉和轴承组成,其中轴承采用铆压装配。本课题是为O型配件设计一个自动装配工作台。装配的过程包括机芯的固定、目玉的运送和放置、下轴承的运送和放置、下轴承铆压、干燥除尘和次品提取。工作台分上下两层,上层为旋转工作台,有电机驱动、八分之一刻度盘定位、轴承承载并放置有八个夹具用以放置零件。下层为固定工作台,放置有一系列机械手,机械手主要有气压传动并应用气缸、气动手爪、气动吸盘来放置和取出零件。旋转工作台每转八分之一周,八个工位上的机械手同时工作。另外目玉自动到位工位采用了振动料斗、导轨、料座使目玉停靠在可靠位置。下轴承铆压工位运用了气液增压缸,有效的提高了工作压力。整台设备充分运用了检测技术、PLC技术,使机电气一体化得到了完美的结合。36412

  Abstract:The O fitting is by machine the core, an item jade and the bearing is composed, in which bearing uses the riveting to press the assembly.The task is to design a content automatic assembly workbench for the O fitting.The assembly process including machine the core fixed, item jade shipping with the laying aside, lower bearing shipping with the laying aside, the lower bearing riveting presses, the dry dust removal and withdraws not good.The bench is pided into two layers, the upper level is rotating table, and there are wheel drive, 1/8 wheel bearing and placed with eight clamps to place the parts.The lower level is the fixed work table, the laying aside has a series of manipulators, the manipulator mainly has the pneumatic actuator and using the air cylinder, the gas begins the fingernail, the air operated sucker lays aside and takes out the components.Rotary worktable, every turn one 8 weeks eight location on the manipulator work at the same time.Moreover the item jade automatic arriving location used the vibration hopper, the guide rail, the material place has caused the item jade docking at the reliable position.Bearing 
riveting station using gas-liquid pressurized cylinder, effectively improve the work pressure.The whole equipment has fully used the detection technology, PLC technology, so that the electrical integration of the machine has been the perfect combination.
