炼钢炉自动点火装置的研制+文献综述

摘要炼钢炉点火装置是炼钢炉运行的关键,国内钢铁企业使用的自动点火装置多为进口,价格昂贵,因此迫切需要以国产自动点火装置代替进口装置,以降低成本。点火装置是由点火器、点火油枪、煤粉锅炉点火油系统(包括前部供油系统和炉前油系统)及点火自动控制仪表系统构成的全套装置,或由等离子等高能点火装置作为点火器组成的系统。工作时,首先通过点火电嘴点燃点火器内的燃油,形成点火火炬,然后通过点火火炬再去点燃主燃烧室内的主燃气。点火器点火的优点是可靠性高。6228
本课题论文对点火器的基本构成及工作原理进行了研究,点火装置主要由点火控制电路和火焰检测电路组成。点火控制部分采用脉冲点火,其稳定性高,操作简单。火焰检测部分是利用火焰单向导电产生离子电流的特性,火焰离子检测方式制作的安全保护装置不受光、热、磁的干扰,反应灵敏,动作迅速。

Title     Study on Automatic Igniter of Refining Furnace  
Abstract
Refining furnace ignition is key to the steel-making furnaces running, automatic ignition devices used by the domestic steel companies are mostly imported, expensive, and domestic auto-ignition therefore an urgent need to replace the imported device to reduce costs. Ignition device is used as the ignition by the igniter, the ignition of the oil gun ignition oil system (including the front of the fuel supply system and blast furnace oil) to pulverized coal fired boiler ignition and automatic control instrumentation system consisting of a full set of devices, or by the plasma and other high-energy ignition device composition of the system. Work, first through the ignition spark plugs ignite the fuel within the ignition, the formation of the ignition torch, and then through the ignition of the torch again to ignite the main combustion chamber of the main gas. Igniter ignition advantage is high reliability.
The subject of the basic structure and working principle of ignition, ignition by the ignition control circuit and flame detection circuit. Ignition control part of the ignition pulse, its high stability, simple operation. Part of the flame detection is the use of flame unidirectional conductive characteristics of ionic currents, and flame ionization detection method to make the safety protection device without the interference of light, heat, magnetic, responsive, and prompt action.
