摘要: 本课题通过对一个P090型号柱塞泵出厂试验台传动系统的设计,实现对液压马达的机械能进行回收,从而节省能源, 可大大减少试验设备动力输出装置(变频调速电机)自身的输出功率.这里设计的一套用于较大功率的传动系统,是从电机传到被试液压柱塞泵,并且在中间用液压马达的出轴传回功率的传动系统机构.由于柱塞泵和液压马达的排量不同,会导致转速不同,面对这个转速同步的问题,开始考虑用无级变速器来转换马达的转速从而实现马达和柱塞泵的转速同步,但经调研,国内机械行业中如此大功率的无级变速器还处于研究阶段,没有成熟产品。后方案改为通过一对相同的圆锥齿轮以1:1的转速将液压马达的机械功率传回到被试泵的输入端。关于转速同步问题,本课题通过选择一个变量液压马达,用控制系统实时调节变量液压马达的的排量来实现转速调节,从而来匹配被试泵的转速,实现功率回收。6275 关键词:柱塞泵,变量液压马达,传动系统,变频调速电机,联轴器,直齿圆锥齿轮,扭矩(转矩)传感器,转速传感器,双向超越离合器…… transmission System Designing for Plunger pump delivery test bench Abstract:This issue design for a type of Plunger pump delivery test bench and implementation of hydraulic motor mechanical energy recycle, so as to save energy, it can greatly reduce test equipment power take-off (variable frequency speed regulating motor) output power. This design used in high power transmission system, hydraulic plunger pump used to from the motor to the participants, and in the middle with the shaft of the hydraulic pump back to the power transmission system. Due to the displacement plunger pump and hydraulic motor is different, can lead to different rotating speed, face the problem of the speed synchronization, In my previous scheme I try to transform the motor speed with CVT so as to fit the speed of the motor and piston pump in sync , but through the investigation, such a high power CVT in the domestic machinery industry is still in research stage, not mature product. Then instead of through a pair of bevel gears will hydraulic motor mechanical power with 1:1 transmission ratio back to the subjects of pump input and speed synchronization problems, by selecting a variable hydraulic motor, adjust the displacement of variable hydraulic motor to fit rotate speed regulation, and try to match the pump rotation speed, achieve the power recovery.
