连杆的加工工艺及夹具设计

摘要:连杆是汽车发动机的主要传动件之一,它两端各连接着活塞和曲轴,并将活塞的压力转换为曲轴的转矩。连杆具有较高的尺寸精度、位置精度和形状精度要求,而且对刚度和强度的要求也很高,所以在工艺流程的安排中,需要选择正确的铣削方式,还要把粗精加工分开以减少切削力及内应力的作用,提高整体质量。38629
本文主要是针对连杆的技术要求设计加工工艺流程,加工工艺分为三个阶段,包括整体加工、铣开分别加工和装配后的加工,各个阶段都包括粗精加工。工艺设计之前有材料的选择、毛坯的选择和加工方案的选择等准备,最后有对连杆的检验。设计后半部分是针对两个工序的夹具设计,主要是铣剖分面的夹具和扩大头孔的夹具。

The processing technology and clamping device design of the connecting rod
Abstracts:Connecting rod is one of the main transmission of a car engine, it connect with the piston and the crankshaft, and converts the pressure of the piston to the torque of the crankshaft. The precision of size, the precision of profile and the precision of position, of the connecting rod is demanded highly, andalso requirehigh stiffness and strength, so in the arrangement of technological processes, we need to choose the right way of milling, separate rough finish and fine finishso as to reduce the effect of cutting force and internal stress, improve the quality.
This text is about the designof the processing technologybased on the technology needs of specification requirement, itcan be pided into three stages, including overall and milling machining after respectively and processing after assembly, all stages including rough finish and fine finish.Before the technological processesdesign, there is the choice of materials, the process selection and the choice of the scheme, the end isthe inspection of connecting rod.Second part design is about the design of twoclamping devices, mainly about the milling of subpision surface and expanded big hole.
