20mm冷拔螺纹钢筋工艺生产工艺设计+CAD图纸

设计总说明
本设计是冷拔螺纹钢筋,其产品为Q235B,直径20mm。螺纹钢是热轧带肋钢筋的俗称。螺纹钢具有良好的强韧性、焊接性等综合性能,广泛应用于钢筋混凝土建筑结构。螺纹钢横肋的外形有螺旋形、人字形、月牙形3种,目前我国国家标准GB 1499.2—2007规定为月牙形。国际上通常按照强度级别来分,英国标准、美国标准等以460MPa级别为主,我国GB 1499.2—2007标准规定了335 MPa、400MPa、500MPa级别钢筋的技术要求。
在整个设计过程中,介绍了螺纹钢筋的发展,国内外的差距以及采用的新技术;该车间的主要设备包括:两台连续式拉拔机,张力矫直机,曲柄式定尺剪,还有各种附属设备。按照需要的成品制定出工艺流程制度包括:原料制度、润滑制度、酸洗制度、精整制度,其中还包括:速度制度、拉拔制度、变形制度。由于在设计过程中现有的计算拉拔力的公式精度不高,故本设计采用Deform软件进行计算机模拟拔制所需要的拔制力等相关变形情况,先通过设计具体的模型尺寸建立模型,然后导入Deform软件中,设计各项参数拔制时两个辊子属于被动转动,通过前面的夹头带动工件通过辊缝压出凸起的月牙纹,给定拔制的速度,计算机模拟拔制的过程,在后处理中分析得到的拔制力是否大于工件的屈服强度,以及工件在各个变形区内产生的变形情况。通过得到的数据对相关设备进行能力校核,设计中对年产量进行了计算,并且对质量控制做了阐述,对可能出现的缺陷及原因做出了分析。最后绘制出了两个带孔型的轧辊和车间平面图一张。
本设计采用拉拔机生产螺纹钢筋是因为通过拉拔产出的螺纹钢筋金属消耗低,通过两个带肋的轧辊拔制出的螺纹钢筋产品质量好,工具费用低,设备比较简单,生产灵活性比较大,与冷轧相比生产率较高。由于金属的组织和化学成分不同,金属所能承受的拉拔力的大小不同。拉拔理论旨在于深入研究不同组织和成分的金属在拉拔过程中产生的变形和应力分布特点;拉拔过程中产生不均匀变形的原因;残余应力造成的后果;拉拔条件对拉拔产品的力学性能的影响;拉拔力和拉拔机功率的计算方法等,从而充分利用金属塑性确定合理的拉拔工艺,正确选择拉拔设备,为拉拔生产提供必要的理论基础,达到提高产品质量,降低生产成本,提高生产效率的目的。

Design specification
The design was cold-drawn rebar, the product was Q235B, diameter 20mm. In the whole design process,it was introduced the development of rebar, the gap between home and abroad as well as the new technologies; main equipment in the workshop include: two sets of continuous drawing machine, tension straightening machine, crank length shear, and various ancillary equipment. According to the needed to develop a process system products: raw material system, lubricating system, cleaning system, finwashing system, which was also includes: speeding system, drawing system, deformation system. In the design process of exwasting calculation of drawing force formula of accuracy was not high, so that design using Deform softwwere computer simulation drawing force and drawing the relevant deformation, establwashing the model through the model size design of concrete, and then import Deform softwwere, design parameters of drawing two roller belongs to passive rotation, drive the workpiece through the roll gap pressure rawased crescent pattern through the front chuck, given the drawing speed, computer simulation of the process of drawing, analyse of drawing force obtained was greater than the workpiece in the processing of yield strength, as well as the workpiece deformation in the deformation zone in each generations. Ability to check for related equipment through the data obtained, the design of the annual output was calculated, and the quality control were described, analyzed the defect and reason of the possible.
