液压支架试验加载台移动梁PLC同步控制系统设计

【摘要】为了采煤安全,测试矿用液压支架的性能,由此设计了液压支架试验台。液压支架试验台的主要组成部分是加载台移动梁,控制其同步升降一直是人们研究的课题,它主要由四个升降液压缸控制,为了让四缸平稳同步移动,本文设计了液压支架试验加载台移动梁PLC同步控制系统。39607 首先设计了几种液压同步控制回路:比例阀控制、伺服阀控制、双联泵控制、节流阀控制,通过方案比较,选取了节流阀控制回路,驱动四个液压缸平稳同步升降,又对液压缸及其他液压元件进行了选型设计。 其次设计了电气控制方案,除了对硬件进行选型外,还详细设计了升降油缸手动控制回路、插拔销油缸手动控制回路、升降及插拔销油缸自动控制回路,同时设计了控制面板,面板各区域的分布利于技术人员的操作。 最后设计了PLC控制部分,根据端口选择了CPU类型,对其硬件配置进行了选取,软件方面,编写了PLC程序,它实现的主要功能是控制升降油缸的升降及插拔油缸的插拔。程序经仿真软件S7-PLCSIM仿真后,符合液压支架试验台的自动、手动控制的要求。 【毕业论文关键词】 液压支架,试验台 ,同步控制,PLC Design on PLC synchronous control system of hydraulic support test load moving beam [ABSTRACT] For the coal mining safety, test the performance of mining hydraulic support, the hydraulic support test rig is designed.Hydraulic support test bed is the main component of moving beam load, control the synchronous lifting is always a problem which people research, it is mainly controlled by four lifting hydraulic cylinder, in order to make smooth four cylinder synchronous movement, this paper designed the hydraulic support test load moving beam PLC synchronous control system. First: the design of several hydraulic synchronous control circuit proportional valve control, servo valve control, double pump control and throttle control, through scheme comparison, select the throttle valve control circuit, smooth drives the four hydraulic cylinder synchronization lifting, and on the hydraulic cylinder and other hydraulic components selection design. Secondly design the electrical control scheme, in addition to the selection of hardware, and detailed design of the lifting oil cylinder manual control circuit, plug pin cylinder manual control circuit, lift and plug pin cylinder automatic control circuit, design of the control panel at the same time, the panel of the regional distribution for the operation of technical personnel. Finally design the PLC control part, according to the port to choose the CPU type, for its hardware configuration, software, write the PLC program, the realization of its main function is to control the lifting oil cylinder lifting oil cylinder and pull out the plug.Program after S7 - PLCSIM simulation software simulation, conform to the requirements of automatic and manual control of hydraulic support test bed.
