摘要现有传动链测量仪检测精度较低,己远不能满足高精度齿轮箱的检测需求。为解决这一问题,研发了一种高精度传动链测量仪。该测量仪集先进的控制理论和高精度的测量技术于一体,通过采用基于计算机的运动控制模块和数据采集模块,直接控制外围硬件设备,同时将外围硬件设备的数据采集到计算机中进行处理,实现了传动链的智能化测量。该仪器可广泛应用于各种齿轮箱的精度检测,特别适合检测高精度的需达天线转台齿轮箱。41715 通过一系列专业的测量与实验,能够准确地得出该测量仪的测量精度。利用仪器我们可以进行各个领域的相关环节的测试,得到链节距的精确数据。该测量仪的研发,对于科研研究有这巨大的作用。 毕业论文关键词:高精度 测量仪 伺服电机 现场校验 实时采集 Development Of The Link Distance Measuring Instrument Abstract The detection accuracy of the existing transmission chain measuring instrument is low, which can not meet the requirement of the high precision gear box. In order to solve this problem, a high precision measuring instrument for driving chain is developed. The measuring instrument set of advanced control theory and the high precision measurement technology in one, through the use of computer motion control module and data acquisition module based on direct control peripheral hardware equipment, at the same time, the peripheral hardware of the data acquisition to the computer for processing, the realization of the intelligent measurement of transmission chain. The instrument can be widely used in the precision measurement of various kinds of gear box, especially suitable for detecting the high precision of the gear box of the antenna turntable . Through a series of professional measurement and experiment, it can accurately get the measuring accuracy of the measuring instrument.
