摘要铁路钢轨的磨耗是影响铁路运行安全及铁路使用寿命的关键因素,钢轨轮廓的检测是为钢轨磨耗治理提供依据的核心环节之一,是当前业内普遍关注的研究课题。本课题针对钢轨轮廓检测技术开展研究,旨在实现钢轨轮廓的在线精确检测,为钢轨磨耗的打磨治理提供可靠依据。本文综述了钢轨轮廓检测的各种方法,结合我国铁路钢轨磨耗检测的实际需求,确定了基于二维激光摄像的非接触检测方案。基于该方案集成了检测系统硬件,介绍了激光三角测量法的测量原理和坐标变换算法。 依据算法在 Labview平台上设计了钢轨轮廓图像采集与数据处理软件,根据采集得到的钢轨轮廓图像数据,计算出了钢轨轮廓的世界坐标,初步实现了钢轨轮廓检测。42011 毕业论文关键词:钢轨轮廓检测,坐标变换,二维激光摄像,激光三角测量法 Title Digital Rail Fine Grinding Equipment————Study on rail profile detection technologyAbstractRail wear is a key factor that affects the safety of railway operation and the service life of therailway. The detection of rail profile is one of the key links to provide the basis for the rail wearmanagement, and it is a research topic which is generally concerned by the current industry. Thistopic for rail profile detection technology to carry out research, aims at the realization of the railprofile on line accurate detection, to provide a reliable basis for the rail wear grinding treatment.This paper summarizes various methods of rail profile measurement, and the non contactdetection method based on 2D laser imaging is determined,combined with the actual demand ofrail wear detection in our country . Based on this scheme, the hardware of the detection systemis integrated, and the measurement principle and the coordinate transformation algorithm of thelaser triangulation method are introduced. According to the algorithm, the paper designs thesoftware of rail profile image acquisition and data processing based on Labview platform, andcalculates the world coordinate of the rail profile according to the data of the rail profile,and therail profile detection has been realized preliminarily.
