Flexsim 仿真技术在生产线平衡中的应用

摘要在经济与信息高速发展的时代,制造业的经营策略发生了很大的变化,如何用最短的时间最少的成本完成客户的订单,并且还要保证质量等等,这些问题都是现代的制造业所需要面对的问题,更是要在短时间内解决的问题。但是制造系统的复杂性、多样性、随机性来解决这些问题需要考虑的方面有很多,另外在实际的测试中经济上的损失是在所难免的,所以经济问题也是一个瓶颈。 本文主要研究的是运用仿真技术模拟真实的生产环境来解决一些现实中不可能进行的测试,Flexsim 是主要的运用软件,它基于仿真与优化技术,对生产线的物流与现实的工位设置都有精确的仿真效果,对生产线的生产能力有较好的评价体系,为生产线的规划和平衡提供科学依据。本文通过一个仿真案例来体现 Flexsim 的优越性与可靠性。 42412 毕业论文关键词 仿真 调度 生产线平衡 Flexsim Title The application of the simulation technology in the production line balance Abstract With rapid development of economy and information age. Great changes have taken place in manufacturing’s business strategies. How to compete customer’s orders with the shortest possible time and the least cost, and how to ensure the quality have been the most important problem of the manufacture must to solve. But because of the complexity of the manufacturing system persity and randomness, to solve these problems need to consider many aspects. And in the actual economic loss is inevitable in the test.so the economic problem is also a bottleneck. This paper mainly studies the application of simulation technology to simulate the real production environment to solve some testing impossible in reality. The main use of software is Flexsim which is based on the simulation and optimization technology. And the logistics and the reality location set of production line has accurate simulation results. And for the production ability of production line has good evaluation system. Provide scientific basis for planning and balance of the production line. So in this paper, through a simulation case to demonstrate the superiority of Flexsim and reliability.
