钢化玻璃堵盖水压试验装置设计

摘要水压试验是压力试验的一种,当压力容器制成后,新装容器使用前或者检修后,为了检验容器宏观强度(是否出现裂纹,是否变形过大)及密封点和焊缝的密封情况,在容器中加入适量水并进行检测的一类试验。本文运用所学知识,包括文献和资料的检索,对水压试验原理和特点进行了研究,并且完成了钢化玻璃堵盖水压试验方案设计;此外,对水压试验的加压系统进行了选型,加压系统具有输出压力任意可调,可控,体积小等特点;利用三维软件对钢化玻璃工装和实验装置本体进行了设计,该试验工装具有安装方便,可靠,使得胶接层近视均匀的特点,对实验装置本体和实验装置中的承力件进行了简单计算和有限元分析。本文还对实验过程进行了详细的描述,以及在实验过程中可能出现的问题进行了探讨和提出了解决的方法;作为一次整体实验方案设计,其中融合了机械设计技术,液压与气压技术,测试技术等,对所学知识的一次大综合。42762 关键词 钢化玻璃 堵盖 水压试验 三维设计 毕业论文设计说明书外文摘要 Title Glass block cover hydraulic test equipment design Abstract Hydraulic pressure test is a test, when the pressure vessel is made, before the newly installed container after use or maintenance, in order to test the strength of the container macro (if there is a crack, if the deformation is too large) and sealing the sealing point and welds, adding an appropriate amount of water in the container and detecting a class test.In this paper, the knowledge, including literature and retrieving information on the hydrostatic test principle and characteristics were studied, and completed the pressure test cover glass block design.In addition, the hydrostatic test pressure selection system was pressurized system with output pressure adjustable, controllable, small size and other characteristics.Using three-dimensional software for tooling and glass experimental apparatus body has been designed, the test fixture with easy installation and reliable, so that the characteristics of myopia uniform bonding layer, the experimental device body and experimental apparatus bearing parts and a simple calculation finite element analysis.This paper also experiment a detailed description, and may occur in the course of the experiment issues were discussed and proposed solutions.As a whole the experimental design, which combines mechanical design technology, hydraulic and pneumatic technology, testing technology, to the knowledge of a major integrated.
