摘要薄壁铝合金制件精压机是以曲柄滑块机构为主要功能元件,通过齿轮传动、带传动、链传动等多种传动方式,将动力传递给功能元件的机器,可以将薄壁铝板冲压成深桶形。本文主要对以下内容作了研究:首先本文介绍了压力机的分类,重点对国内外精压机的研究及生产现状进行介绍,分析介绍了薄壁铝合金制件精压机的总体结构,分析精压机的总体架构,主要包括的机械机构和主要设计参数。然后利用matlab优化工具对精压机减速器进行了设计计算,以齿轮箱的体积为目标函数进行优化计算。同时对精压机其他传动部分(包括开式直齿轮、锥齿轮传动,带传动,链传动),连接件(包括键、螺栓),轴系零件(包括轴、轴套、轴承等)进行设计计算及校核。其次在ProE软件中对各零部件进行三维建模,并进行装配。最后将建立完成的三维模型导入SOLIDWORKS软件进行运动仿真。43851 毕业论文关键词:精压机;Matlab;优化设计;ProE建模;运动仿真; Abstract Slider-crank Mechanism is the main functional element of the precision press for Al-alloy investment casting with thin walled section. Through the transmission mode like gear, belt and chain, the precision press can transfer power to the functional element and press the thin-walled aluminum sheet into barrel-shaped ones. The mainly researching contents were showed as below: Introduced the classification of press, especially introduced the current situation of research and production for it at home and abroad. Analyzed and introduced general structure of the precision press for Al-alloy investment casting with thin walled section, mainly including the mechanical structure and the design parameters. The reducer in precision press is designed and calculated by using the optimization toolbox in MATLAB, and optimization calculation is done with the volume of gearbox being the objective function. Designed, calculated and checked the other transmission sections(including the open-typed spur gears, bevel gears, belt transmission and chain transmission), connectors(including bonds and bolts) and axle system. Completed the 3-d modeling and assembling of different parts based on ProE Software. Introduced the 3-d modeling into SolidWorks software and made kinematics simulation.
