摘要本次的毕业设计主要是研究帽型塑料件的成型过程,主要内容包括帽型零件的工艺性能分析、模具总体结构的设计、注射机型号的选择及其工艺参数的确定和推出机构的设计等。因为该零件为塑料制件,所以采用注射成型,在注射成型过程中,浇注系统的设置非常关键。因此每一个参数的选择都很慎重,还要考虑溢出和泄漏的问题,所以在成型过程中对密封的要求也是特别高,以防发生意外伤到操作人员。设计内容的数据选择以及技术性参考都来自参考文献。通过本设计,可以对注塑模具有一个较深的认识,注意到设计中的某些细节问题,了解模具结构及工作原理;通过对UG的学习,可以建立较简单零件的零件库,从而有效的提高工作效率;通过画装配图、零件图,进一步系统深化CAD熟练程度,加深了对模具各个零件的认识。通过整个毕业设计的过程,知道了很多问题,知道了很多自己不了解的专业知识,遇到了很多困难,在问题出现时,学习解决问题。整个毕业设计不仅仅是毕业的总结,也是对自己接受一项任务时的磨练和能力的考验,从而慢慢提高自己解决问题、分析问题以及各方面的综合能力。45886

Abstract
Business, so the overall performance analysis process of this graduation design mainly is the study of cap type plastic parts forming process, the main contents include cap type parts, mold structure design, injection machine type selection and process parameters are identified and pushing mechanism design. Therefore each parameter choice are very cautious, but also consider the overflow and leakage problems, so in the forming process of sealing requirements are particularly high, in order to prevent injury to the operating personnel. Design of data selection and technical reference are from refs Examination literature.Through this design, to mold with a deeper understanding and attention to some of the details of the design, to understand the structure and working principle of mold.
