摘要本设计说明书主要包括了两大方面内容。首先,是与我的设计课题有关的冲压模具未来发展的展望的内容。其次,是我的课程设计的全部内容。说明的内容主要包括了M8-M10外六角扳手的工艺性分析、工艺参数计算、模具总体结构设计和零部件设计、模具制造和具体的装配要求等等。我的课程设计是设计一套M8-M10外六角扳手模具。通过自己的分析,采用了冲裁模具来实现零件的生产加工。模具结构选择倒装复合模,这样的设计优点在于设计图绘制简单,实际的操作变得安全、生产效率高、生产制造成本低。46115 我设计的M8-M10外六角扳手主要用于家具装潢中,与家居装潢的木螺钉是配合使用的。当然我也是通过对实际的家具装潢中使用的M8-M10的木螺钉经行了测绘,深入了解后进行设计模具的。本说明书中还阐述了设计该型号的外六角扳手冲压模具的实用性和优缺点,对设计这套模具的整体思路做了详细的说明。并对其他几种成形工序模的适用范围也进行了介绍。我的说明书中对一些工艺参数的计算,还有详细的经验公式和参数表格。对一些比较抽象而复杂的概念如:搭边值压力中心确定方法等,配合相应的图做了详细的介绍。 毕业论文关键词:倒装复合模;工艺性分析;成型工序; ABSTRACT This design instruction booklet mainly includes two aspects.
