杭州市菜地蔬菜镍富集特性及污染风险评价

摘要为了解杭州市蔬菜基地蔬菜重金属Ni的富集特性、污染状况以及健康风险,本研究对杭州市主要菜地蔬菜进行重金属Ni含量测定及评价。结果表明,杭州市菜地各类蔬菜中Ni的平均含量变化不大,虽然部分蔬菜中Ni的检出率较高,但所有种类蔬菜中Ni含量均不存在超标现象。杭州市菜地各类蔬菜重金属Ni污染等级均为1级,污染水平均为清洁水平。叶菜类蔬菜对Ni的富集能力与其他种类蔬菜相比较强。与成人、老年人相比,小孩通过蔬菜饮食更容易产生健康风险,在最高浓度水平下,杭州市菜地蔬菜中Ni是一种安全元素。4优尔9Abstract: In order to understand the Hangzhou vegetable base vegetable Enrichment characteristics, pollution status and health risk of heavy metals nickel. In this study, the determination of heavy metals nickel and Evaluation in the main vegetable base vegetable in Hangzhou Farmland. The results show that, the average content of nickel has little change in all kinds of vegetables in Hangzhou City. Although in some vegetables in the higher detection rate of nickel, but in all kinds of vegetables in the nickel content does not exist exceed the standard phenomenon. Hangzhou Farmland vegetable heavy metal nickel pollution grade was grade 1, pollution levels are clean level. The leafy vegetables to nickel enrichment ability is better than other kinds of vegetables. Compared with adults and elderly, the children through vegetable diet are more prone to health risks. At the highest level, Hangzhou city vegetable in nickel is a security element.
