Pro/E新型船用锚链转盘结构总体设计

摘要船用锚链拉力试验机是大型的电焊锚链生产检测设备,是锚链生产厂家必备的设备之一。为了适应生产的发展,需要研制能用于超大规格锚链拉力及拉断实验的锚链拉力试验机,但是考虑到厂房面积有限和节省空间的因素,锚链卸载后无法直接由卷扬机直接拖拽,这就需要一个设计导向装置,来使放置在一边的锚链通过该装置牵引至卷扬机,因此锚链转盘的设计具有重要的实际意义。49432

本文以船用锚链拉力试验机的转盘机构为设计对象,该设备作为拉力试验测试平台的辅助工具参与锚链拉伸、破断等试验,其主要作用是实现锚链的有效对正及其导向。首先介绍了当今材料试验机的国内外现状,以及锚链拉力试验机的现状,提出了对锚链转盘机构设计的实际生产意义;其次本设计体现了结构的特殊性,从实际的工况出发,对转盘进行总体设计并校核该设备主要受力部件,采用经典力学与计算机辅助设计的双层标准,验证了其可靠性。并在此基础上实现优化设计,保证设计的有效性与经济性。再利用CAD软件绘制装配图,并利用Pro/E软件对其进行三维建模并加以虚拟装配。同时利用ABAQUS对转盘的重要零件进行有限元分析,并且进行了强度校核,对设计进行了优化,使其最终能在实际应用中实现该设备的作用。
