摘要吸粮机在我国粮食行业的使用始于60年代初,首先用于地下仓出粮。我国于1992年制定了《固定吸粮机技术条件》行业标准,于1994年制定了《固定式吸粮机试验方法》行业标准。

目前,我国正在进行大规模的国家储备粮库建设,房式仓的出仓、浅圆仓的输送作业及粮食"四散"流通等工作均需要气力输送设备。但我国的吸粮机与国外相比还有很大的差距,处于试制阶段。 

本课题是设计中型的码头吸粮机。灰尘控制的好坏是选择吸粮机的一个重要指标。根据散粮运输发展需要,在进一步发扬吸粮机优点的基础上,采用两级除尘器,使系统除尘更加高效,改善了除尘性能,减少对环境的污染,让更少的灰尘进入罗茨风机,减缓叶轮磨损,延长风机的使用寿命,为内河港口散粮卸船作业和粮食仓库进出作业提供了一种新机型。49544

Abstract Grain elevator in industry of our country food use started in the early 60's, first used in underground silo grain.
