串联药室火炮内弹道过程模拟与分析

摘要串联药室火炮运用了一种新型的发射原理,以固体发射药为基础,通过对现行的火炮结构进行改造,可以达到在膛压不高的情况下,提高弹丸初速的目的。本文主要内容有:a)建立某140mm串联双药室坦克炮的经典内弹道模型,并对其进行数值模拟,讨论研究了主副药室装药比、副药室点火延迟以及活塞质量等因素对内弹道性能的影响;b)计算模拟其基于拉格朗日假设下的压力分布,发现副药室可以起到很好的接力作用,从而达到提高弹丸初速的目的;c)采用多目标优化设计的方法,建立了串联药室火炮多指标优化模型,并利用逼近理想点的TOPSIS方法对优化问题进行了求解。7150 关键词 内弹道 串联多药室火炮 数值模拟 压力分布 多目标优化 毕业设计说明书(论文)外文摘要 Title Interior Ballistics Simulation and Analysis of Series Chamber Guns Abstract Based on the technology of solid propellant, series chamber is a new technology which aims to improve the propeller’s kinetic energy through rebuilding the existed guns while not adding the chamber’s pressure. The principle contents are as follows: a) After the general 140mm gun's classic interior ballistics model has been established, the numerical simulation results are computed. In addition, some research has been done to analysis the influence of main-depute powder proportion、ignition delay of depute powder and plunger mass on interior performance. b) It can be found that the depute chamber plays a good role in relay which achieves the goal to improve the muzzle velocity of the projectile after the pressure distribution has been numerically simulated based on the Lagrange hypothesis. c) The series chamber gun's optimization model is established by using the multi-object optimization method and the solutions are gotten by TOPSIS method.
