摘要随着科技的蓬勃发展,现代造船的模式也越来越现代化和人性化。船舶生产设计就是在这样一种形式下得到越来越广泛的关注。生产设计是虚拟造船的一种非常行之有效的手段,一个好的生产设计能大大提高造船精度、减少造船周期和节约造船成本。49608 本论文在熟悉造船背景的前提下,首先分析了散货船的历史,现状及发展前景,其次,浅析造船软件TRIBON的具体应用。重点详细介绍了以35200DWT散货船202分段为对象,以TRIBON软件为工具的生产设计过程。 设计过程以区域化设计思想为指导,首先对该区域专业内信息进行整理做好设计前期准备,然后按照设计规范对该区域管系进行合理的前期规划。规划完成后,依托TRIBON软件平台,在主推进装置、辅助供能装置位置基本确定的情况下,对该区管系进行综合放样。最后再对模型进行多专业间协调并优化,让管路系统设计更加完善。 毕业论文关键词:机装生产设计 ;管路;Tribon系统;设计规范;舾装 Abstract Along with the vigorous development of technology, modern ship building pattern becomes more and more modernized and user-friendly. As a result, the production design is obtained more and more widespread attention. The production design is a very effective method of hypothesized shipbuilding. A good production design can increase shipbuilding precision, greatly reduce shipbuilding cycle and save shipbuilding cost. This thesis in familiar under the premise of shipbuilding background, first analysis in bulk carrier history, present situation and development prospect, secondly, analyze the specific application TRIBON shipbuilding software. Key 35200DWT bulk carriers are introduced in detail in section 202 as the object, TRIBON software for the tools of production design process. The design process guided by area design philosophy. First, collect all useful information of the whole area for design, second, layout all pipes of this area in a logical way after know the design specifications well. Planning is finished, relying on the Tribon software platform, in the condition of main propulsion unit and auxiliary power units’ locations are basic determined, design the pipe model. At last harmonize all models of the area with other departments, and modify all which needed. This make the pipe system more perfect.
