摘要减压阀的作用原理是靠阀内流道对水流的局部阻力降低水压,水压降的范围由连接阀瓣的薄膜或活塞两侧的进出口水压差自动调节。近年来又出现一些新型减压阀,如定比式减压阀。定比减压原理是利用阀体中浮动活塞的水压比控制,进出口端减压比与进出口侧活塞面积比成反比。这种减压阀工作平稳无振动;阀体内无弹簧,故无弹簧锈蚀、金属疲劳失效之虑;密封性能良好不渗漏,因而既减动压(水流动时)又减静压(流量为0时);特别是在减压的同时不影响水流量。49732

本文介绍了空气减压阀的设计过程,包括零件尺寸确定、三维设计软件solidworks对减压阀的各个零部件进行了三维建模,并导出各零部件的二维CAD图纸以及夹具的装配图和典型零件的二维图。

Abstract

Globe valve is to point to close a (disc) along the lines of the valve seat move. According to the disc in the mobile form, the seat of the way changes with disc trip proportional to the relationship. Because of the valve stem open or closed trip is relatively short, and has very reliable cut off function, andbecause of the way the seat and disc change travel proportional relationship, which is very suitable for the adjustment of flow. Therefore, this type of valve is very suitable to serve as cut off or adjust and throttling use.

This paper introducts the design process of marine air pressure reducing valve including sizes determine of parts,the 3D modeling of each parts by using of 3D modeling software solidworks,exporting of 2D CAD drawings of parts and The assembly drawing of fixture and 2D drawing of typical parts。
