PRO/E+Fluent+ANSYS离心泵的内部流场模拟及其振动分析+CAD图纸

摘要离心泵作为重要的流体输送设备和能量转换装置,其广泛应用于国民经济的各部门,同时也是船舰和航空航天等尖端科技领域的关键设备。

本文以单级单吸卧式离心泵为主要研究对象,以内部流体力学理论、振动理论和有限元理论为基础,运用PRO/E、Fluent、ANSYS三种软件对离心泵进行研究,主要研究内容如下:

1.运用三维造型软件PRO/E对离心泵进行三维造型,分析了离心泵造型的难点以及主要解决途径,详细讨论了离心泵蜗壳及的叶轮的建模方法,并建立了离心泵CFD模型;并且利用Gambit前处理软件对离心泵的整个模型进行了网格划分,融入了分块划分的思想,得到高质量的网格,为后续的分析提供了有力保障。50225

    2.采用PRO/E建立了离心泵流道的三维实体模型;运用Fluent软件,对流道进行了分析计算,揭示离心泵流道内部流场压力分布的规律;而内部流场流道的速度矢量分布图,可以看出水在叶片的作用力下,在蜗壳流道中流动,并且流速呈减小趋势。

3.运用Fluent和ANSYS软件,对离心泵进行了振动响应的研究,揭示了三种不同工况下离心泵流道内部流场压力分布的规律、流道中流体对离心泵泵壳的激励力、离心泵泵体的振动规律。

Abstract Centrifugal fluid transfer device as an important and energy conversion devices,which are widely used in various sectors of the national economy, but also the ship and aerospace and other advanced technology areas of key equipment. 

In this paper, single-stage single-suction horizontal centrifugal pump as the main research object, the internal fluid dynamics theory, the vibration theory and finite element theory, the use of PRO / E, Fluent, ANSYS for centrifugal pump main research content as follows:

    1. The use of 3D modeling software PRO/E on centrifugal pump for three-dimensional modeling, analysis of the difficulties of the pump’s shape and the main solution to modeling ,discuss in detail the pump volute and impeller modeling methods and established a centrifugal pump CFD model; and the use of pre-processing software for centrifugal Gambit entire model was meshed into the sub-block pision of thought, to get high-quality meshes for subsequent analysis provides a strong guarantee.

2. Using PRO/E to establish a centrifugal flow channel 3D solid model; using Fluent software to calculate the flow channel are analyzed to reveal the internal flow field in centrifugal flow pressure distribution law; While the internal flow field flow velocity vector maps, you can see the water under the force of the blade in the cochlear shell flow channel flow, and flow rate decreasing trend.

3. Using Fluent and ANSYS software, a centrifugal pump vibration response study reveals three different conditions centrifugal flow field flow pressure distribution law of fluid flow channel incentive for centrifugal force of the pump casing, pump vibration law.
