摘要 本文依据IS100-80-160型离心泵的主要性能参数,利用传统离心泵的设计方法设计了单吸单级卧式悬臂式离心泵, 其间某些参数的确定方式利用了Matlab工具箱、Excel, 达到直接快速的效果。 在主要部件的设计上, 选择了圆柱形叶片的设计方式,确定了核心部件叶轮的各项参数,进行了流道检查,校正了叶轮的轴面投影图的轮廓曲线,然后根据叶轮的参数设计了涡室,根据需要选择了锥形吸入室,从而确定了压入、压出室的确定了泵盖和泵体的结构,并验算了泵的抗汽蚀性能。完成了轴的设计及各个主要部件的强度校核,进行了离心泵主要通用零部件的选择与计算。用Solidworks建模,并绘制了泵的总装图和叶轮、泵壳、泵轴的主要部件的零件图。利用fluent流体仿真软件对二维的流场仿真,得到了泵腔的速度、压力等分布图。 50286 毕业论文关键字 离心泵、单吸单级、强度校核、流体仿真 Abstract This program is a design for the single-stage and single-suction centrifugal pump based on the parameters of IS100-80-160 pump. Using traditional design methods designed the centrifugal single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump,during which some of the parameters is determined by use of the Matlab toolbox, Excel, to achieve direct and rapid results. The design of the main components, a cylindrical blade design selected way to determine the parameters of the core components of the impeller, a flow channel for in-spection, calibration of the impeller axial plane projection of the contour curve, then the design of the impeller the vortex chamber, according to the need to select a conical suction chamber, in order to determine the pressing, extruding chamber determines the structure of the pump cover and pump body and checking the pump cavitation resistance. Completed shaft design and strength check of each of the major components for the main pump selec-tion and calculation of common parts. With Solidworks modeling, and draw the pump as-sembly diagrams and impeller, pump casing, pump parts diagram of major components. Using Fluent,the fluid simulation software complete the two-dimensional flow field simu-lation, get the diagram speed of the pump chamber and pressure distribution.
