上下两段列管式换热器的设计+CAD图纸

摘要:换热器是一种实现物料之间热量传递的节能设备,是在石油、化工、冶金、电力、轻工、食品等行业应用普遍。近年来随着节能技术的发展,换热器的应用领域不断扩大,带来了显著的经济效益。管壳式换热器作为最常用的一类换热器,特别适合于高温高压的应用场合,并且能够适合各种传热传质过程,最具灵活性。上下两段列管式换热器的设计所使用的物料为变换气和半水煤气,为合成氨的主要原材料,所以上下两段列管式换热器是在氮肥厂中使用的。其是由管箱、筒体、管板、封头、折流板、换热管等零部件组成。设计的内容包括总体方案确定、物性参数确定;热力计算、阻力计算;细部结构的设计;强度校核等。设计主要是根据已经选定管壳式换热器进行设备内各零部件的设计,如壳体、管箱、管板、折流板、拉杆、加强圈等。包括设计计算、材料的选择、具体尺寸确定、确定具体位置、管板厚度的计算、开孔补强计算等。对于折流板和折流杆进行计算机数值模拟分析。7681

Design of Two Parts and Shell-tube Heat Exchanger
Abstract:The heat exchanger is a heat transfer between the material energy-saving equipment,are widely used in petroleum,chemical,metallurgy,electric power, light industry,food industry. In recent years,with the development of energy-saving technology,heat exchanger applications continues to expand,which has brought significant economic benefits. As the most common type of heat exchanger shell and tube heat exchanger,particularly suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure applications,and the ability for a variety of heat and mass transfer,the most flexibility. The materials used by the upper and lower two parts and tube heat exchanger design shift gas and semi-water gas,the main raw material for synthetic ammonia,the upper and lower parts and tube heat exchanger is used in the nitrogen fertilizer plant. By tube box,cylinder,tube plate,head,deflector plates,the heat transfer tubes and other component parts.
