摘要:本课题为注塑模具设计,塑料行业是20世纪发展最快的行业,也是21世纪最有前途的行业之一。塑料的发展直接导致了塑料模具的发展。塑料模具是用来生产塑料制品的工具,作为一种高附加值和技术密集型产品,其技术水平的高低也是衡量一个国家制造业水平高低的重要标志之一,本课题的研究结合一些二文及三文软件的应用,如UGNX7.5等。在计算机绘图软件的帮助下,可以更直观、更快捷地设计出较复杂的模具。随着塑料制品在国防﹑机械﹑交通﹑电子等领域的广泛应用,对塑料模具的要求日益增加。因此,通过本次毕业设计不但可以巩固所学的理论知识,而且将所学知识应用于解决实际问题有着深远的意义。7682
该产品为微波炉的一个零件。制品要求有较高的成型精度以满足制品的功能需求。根据产品的结构并且结合产品技术质量要求,设计出符合实际生产水平,具有结构先进、工艺合理、具有较高经济性能的模具,并制订主要零件的加工工艺规程,解决材料成型过程中的具体问题。掌握塑料模具设计的基本过程,提高计算机辅助设计和查阅有关文献、设计资料、标准及规范等基本技能,完成毕业设计计算和说明书等任务。塑料模具在当今社会越来越广泛的应用,在电脑、手机及日常生活用品等方面应用极其广泛,可以说从我们的吃穿住行都离不开它。注射成形是成形热塑件的主要方法,因此应用范围很广。注射成形是把塑料原料放入料筒中经过加热熔化,使之成为高黏度的流体,用柱塞或螺杆作为加压工具,使熔体通过喷嘴以较高压力注入模具的型腔中,经过冷却、凝固阶段,而后从模具中脱出,成为塑料制品。本次的毕业设计是微波炉基板隔块注塑模的设计,依据产品的数量和塑料的工艺性能确定了以1次分型面注塑模的方式进行设计。模具的型腔采用一模2腔直线排列,浇注系统采用侧浇口成形,推出形式为推板推出机构完成塑件的推出。由于塑件的工艺性能要求注塑模中有冷却系统,因此在模具设计中也进行了设计。本次的设计中参考了大量的文献,还在互联网上查找资料,设计过程比较完整。
