初中生物学教学中渗透健康教育的理论与实践

摘  要:初中阶段是一个人一生中的比较重要的时期,初中生的生理、心理都在急剧的发展和变化,正是由于初中生的心理发展的不稳定导致了他们极易受到外界的影响,倘若没有正确的引导教育,他们会很容易产生一系列的心理问题从而引起生理方面的问题。在初中生物教学中依据学生的身心发展的特点,渗透健康教育,做好心理疏导,加强体育锻炼,是为了初中生更好的健康成长及全面而和谐发展奠定良好基础。本研究主要采取的方法有:文献研究、问卷调查、个别访谈、课堂实验等。论文从理论和实践两个方面,对初中生物学教学中渗透健康教育的方式方法进行探讨。结合初中生身心发展特点及经常遇到的心理问题和生理问题,深刻挖掘生物教材中的有关健康教育的渗透点,在课内外积极渗透健康教育。研究结果显示,在初中生物学中渗透健康教育可以提高初中生的人际交往能力、心理健康水平以及身体的健康水平;可以使初中生树立正确的性观念和性意识;可以激起初中生学习生物学的兴趣,从而使初中生健康的发展、提高初中生的学习成绩。

The theory and practice of health education in biology teaching of junior middle school
Abstract: Junior high school is one important time in life,at this time,the junior high school students’ physiological and psychological is developing and changing rapidly,but due to instability of the psychological development of junior high school students,they are easily influenced by the outside world,if they does not have the right guide education,A series of psychological problems will occur easily. Penetration in the junior middle school biology health education is based on the characteristics of physical and mental development of junior high school students,taking some psychological education methods and means,thus to better cultivate junior middle school students mental quality.
In this paper,we adopt the methods includes: the literature research, questionnaire, face-to-face interview method,classroom experiment method,etc. From two aspects of theory and practice in junior high school biology permeate health education were discussed. The teaching experiment to evaluate students on the development of the analysis of main adopts the form of: questionnaires,psychological measurement scale, comprehensive performance,etc. the results show that the infiltration in the junior middle school biology health education can improve the junior middle school students interpersonal skills,mental health level; Up the junior high school students interest in studying biology,so as to improve the academic performance of junior middle school students; At the same time,can make the junior middle school students to establish correct sexual attitudes and sexual consciousness.
