悬架及转向系统结构设计与强度分析

悬架系统与转向系统对 FSAE方程式赛车的运动特性有重要影响,其关键零部件的强度是否可靠直接决定整车的安全性能。本文以大学方程式车队的赛车为研究对象,根据赛车性能及总布置要求,选择方程式赛车的悬架与转向系统的结构形式,计算相关性能参数,对轮辋、后立柱、转向节等关键零件进行结构设计,构建 CATIA 三文模型,并用力学知识分析计算赛车运动过程中三种极限工况的受力情况,利用 Hypermesh 和 Nastran 进行有限元强度分析,得到位移与应力云图,并对结果进行了讨论分析。 关键词 FSAE 悬架 转向系统 关键零件 有限元分析8192 Title Design of Formula-SAE Racing Car Structure Design and Strength Analysis of Key Parts of Suspension and Steering System Abstract Suspension system and steering system are important to the kinetic characteristic of the Formula-SAE racing car. The strength reliability of the key components of the two systems directly determine the racing car's safety performance. The object of this research is FSAE racing car of Nanjing University of Science and Technology. According to the requirements of racing performance and the general arrangement, the structures of the FSAE racing car suspension and steering system were chosen, the relevant performance parameters were calculated, the structures of hub, rear upright and steering knuckles were designed, and the 3D models of these key parts were built by using CATIA, loading conditions of the three extreme conditions in the motor process of FSAE racing car were analyzed, the stress and the distortion analysis were carried out using finite element analysis software Hypermesh and Nastran, the displacement and stress clouds were obtained, and the results were analyzed at last.
