摘要本课题是根据由指导教师提供的鼠标弧形触板实物,为该产品设计出具有较高质量、可行性强等特点的模具。鼠标弧形触板是一种广泛应用于数码电子产业的塑料用件,首先使用Moldflow Insight 2012 软件对实体的模型进行技术性分析,从而得到模流分析的仿真结果,为在模件生产过程中的冲模、保压等阶段的具体问题提供改进方案,最后完成对浇注系统、顶出机构、抽芯机构等的设计。其次使用 Solidworks软件完成对模具具体结构的设计,通过鼠标弧形触板的外形、尺寸精度、工艺相关要求以及从 Moldflow 软件得到分析报告内容,按步骤依次完成队零件模具的全部设计。60430 毕业论文关键词 鼠标弧形触板 模具设计 Moldflow Solidworks Title A touchpad mouse curved plastic mold design and mold flow simulationAbstractThis topic is based on the instructor provided by the curved touch pad mousekind, for products with high quality design, feasibility and othercharacteristics of the mold.
