单级压缩轻气炮内弹道性能分析及参数设计

摘要轻气炮是一种用高温低分子量的轻气体工质以膨做功方式来推动弹丸,使弹丸获得极高速的发射系统。本文采用拉格朗日追踪法,运用Von Neumann Richtmyer 差分格式,对一维非定常气体,等熵情况下的动力学模型进行内弹道数值的仿真数值模拟。实现一级轻气炮内弹道发射过程模拟。并通过改变初始条件,如温度、压力、膛长、颈缩比、弹丸质量,对工质不同(氢气、氦气、空气)情况下的气体进行对比分析,总结出装填条件对一级轻气炮的发射性能的影响规律。61028 毕业论文关键字:一级轻气炮 数值模拟 差分格式 内弹道 Title :PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS AND PARAMETER DESIGN OF ONE-STAGE CONDENSE LIGHT GAS Abstract Light gas gun is a launching system in which the projectile is promoted to a hypervelocity through the expansion work of the light gas working substance with high temperature and low molecular weight. In this paper, by the adoption of Lagrange tracing method and Von Neumann Richtmyer difference scheme, the kinetic model under isentropic circumstances of the unsteady one-dimensional gas is numerically simulated in terms of interior ballistic values. Furthermore, by changing the initial conditions, such as temperature, pressure, bore length, necking ratio, and projectile mass, statistics under different working substances (hydrogen, helium, air) are contrastively analyzed in order to reveal the regular pattern how loading conditions influence the emission properties of a light gas gun and thus further to facilitate the design of a light gas gun suitable to certain parameters.
