摘要随着我国经济的快速发展,对电力的需求也越来越大,常规能源的短缺和它们造成的环境污染,使得研究新能源成为解决能源问题的主要方法。我国的太阳能比较丰富,太阳能发电也是太阳能利用中比较清洁及经济的方式,所以扩大太阳能热发电,是我国今后改变发电方式的大趋势。的确,实际上我国的太阳能发电越来越普及。65971 而熔盐-水蒸发器是太阳能发电系统中重要的发电子系统。由于太阳能的间歇性以及不能稳定供应等特点,所以很难满足大规模工业化连续供能。如今在太阳能热发电技术中,传热蓄热介质包括空气、混合油、水/蒸汽以及熔融盐等,其中的熔融盐作为传热介质是可以应用于较高的温度下的,因此可以克服云遮等因素带来的发电系统运行不稳定等问题。由于这些特点与较宽的使用温度范围,熔盐成为性能较好的吸热和传热介质. U型管壳式熔盐-水蒸发器主要研究的是在400℃~500℃范围内的熔盐与水之间的换热。熔盐通过吸收太阳能升温,然后向水传热,并使其蒸发产生大量蒸汽来驱动汽轮机来达到发电效果。 另外,在设计参数下,通过EES软件对蒸汽发生器进行了详细完整的结构计算,热力计算和水力计算。最后,对相关重要结构和尺寸运用ansys进行了校核。 毕业论文关键词 U型管壳式蒸发器 熔盐-水换热 太阳能发电子系统 Abstract With the rapid development of our economy,electricity demand is increasing as well.The shortage of traditional energy and its shortcoming such as polluting the environment,make the great importance of the exploration of new energy resources to solve the energy crisis.Solar energy is abundant in China, and utilizing solar energy to geberate electricity is the best way to using solar energy.It is very practical and important for us to enlarge the scale of using the solar thermal power technology.So as to decrease the demand of coal which is main resource using in our power plant. The solar-water steam generater is one of the most important device of generating subsystem.Because of the instability of the solar power,it is hard to use solar power in large scale.Nowadays,the main heat transfer-themal storage mediums mainly are air,mixed oil,water/steama and molten salt.The molten salt can be utilized at high temperatrure.So,it can overcome these problem brought by the cloud covering. U style tube solar-water steam generater mainly about the heat changing between water and molten solt from 400℃ to 500℃.The molten salt absorpt solar power ,then conduct the heat to the water. The water evaporat and pull steam sturbine to generat. In addition,under the design parameters,the study provide structure calculation,thermodynamic calculation and hydraulic calculation.At last,the study check all parameters through EES.
