MEMS加速度计性能批量测试系统设计数据通信及上位机部分

摘要MEMS加速度计已广泛应用于汽车电子、汽车导航系统、石油测井和航空航天等领域。在MEMS加速度计研制及应用过程中为提高测试效率,需对MEMS加速度计进行批量性能测试。为此,开展了MEMS加速度计批量测试系统的设计工作。68323 本文针对测试系统中的数据通信和上位机部分进行设计,完成下位机中USB接口的软硬件设计和基于图形化编程工具LabVIEW的上位机应用软件的开发工作。满足了测试系统多通道(32ch)、高精度(24bit)、较高采样率(几ksps)的要求。测试结果表明,下位机通过USB能将采集到的数据实时可靠地传送至上位机,上位机能实现对测试过程的监测,测试数据的存储及处理等过程。 毕业论文关键词: MEMS加速度计,数据采集系统,LabVIEW,USB,MSP430 毕业设计说明书(论文)外文摘要 Title A data acquisition System Design for MEMS acceler-ometers(Data communication and PC application ) Abstract MEMS accelerometers are widely used in car electronics, car navigation systems, oil well logging and aviation industries. In order to improve the efficiency of the application process, have to put MEMS accelerometer into a bulk performance testing. For this reason, design a MEMS capacitive accelerometer batch test system to meet the relevant test. The data communication and PC application parts of the testing system were studied in this paper. I finished the software and hardware design of USB interface and completed the PC application design which was based on a graph-oriented programming tool named LabVIEW. The requirements of multichannel (32ch), high accuracy (24bit), higher sampling rate (several ksps) were met. The test results showed that the data collected can be reliably transmitted to the PC through USB, the PC application can achieve the monitoring of the testing process and finish the storage and handling process of the testing data.
