基于虚拟仪器的大口径火炮身管内径测试技术研究

摘要火炮身管是火炮的关键部件,其功能是给予炮弹预定的射击方向和初速度, 使火炮完成战斗任务。因此,快速、精确的测量火炮内膛尺的寸参数,对提高火 炮射击精度和预测火炮身管的寿命有着关键性作用。68535

本文设计了一种新型的高精度火炮身管内径检测系统,能够对火炮内径实现 准确快速的测量。介绍了测试系统的硬件结构组成、软件设计、工作原理、测试 方法,分析了测试过程。该系统采用激光测距传感器和电感式位移传感器作为传 感元件,实现对火炮身管内径的测量。并针对整个测试系统的要求,运用虚拟仪 器,编写了相应的上位机测试软件,实现了数据快速实时处理和显示输出。对火 炮身管内径的检测中可能存在的干扰和造成误差的因素作了分析,并提出了相应 的措施来减小误差。

Title Diameter of large caliber artillery tube based on  virtual instrument measurement technology

 

 

Abstract

Barrel is the key part of the artillery, and its function is to give scheduled shooting direction and initial velocity of the projectile, to enable artillery combat missions completed. Therefore, rapid and accurate measurement of the cannon bore size parameters has a key role to improve firing accuracy and prediction of gun tube life.

This paper presents a new type system of high precision diameter of artillery tube inspection, to achieve accurate and rapid measurement on the inner diameter of the gun. it Introduced test system hardware, software design, how it works, test methods, analyzed the test procedure. The system adopts inductance type displacement sensor and laser ranging sensors as the sensing element, enabling the measurement of the diameter of artillery tube. And for the entire test system requirements, we used the virtual instruments, under the support of the software, we can measure accurately the Barrel diameter size changes of any arbitrary cross-section, and can achieve rapid real-time data processing and display output. At last, this paper analyzed the interference and causes of the error, and made some corresponding measures to reduce error.
