STM32移动式港口起重机的智能监控系统研究与开发

摘要随着通信技术和计算机技术的发展,远程监控系统在工业上也随之变得重要起来,它可用于无人看守的厂房、危险地区的实时远程监控。在无线通信领域,由于GPRS网络的实时性好,数据传输快和成本低等优点,被广泛地运用在远程的无线监控系统中。69367

本文主要目的是研制一个基于GPRS技术用于移动式港口起重机的嵌入式远程无线监控系统。首先介绍了系统设计中关键技术的原理和通信协议,然后给出了系统的总体结构框架,并确定了软硬件的实现方案 。在硬件上进行分模块设计,系统选择了STM32F407做控制核心,以及集成TCP/IP协议的SIM300做GPRS通信模块,并介绍了CANopen接口电路、电源电路、显示屏驱动电路和备用接口电路。在软件上,编写了能实现系统各模块功能的程序,以及数据的采集、处理和发送程序。在远程监控电脑上,企业可以通过上位机软件来显示从GPRS网络传输来的数据。

Title   The Research and Design of Intelligent Monitoring System for The Mobile Harbor Cranes                                           

Abstract

With the development of communication technology and computer technology, remote monitoring system is becoming more and more important in industry. It can be used to realize real-time remote monitoring in unattended workshop or dangerous areas. In the field of wireless communications, because of having a series of virtues such as good real-time performance, fast data transmission, low cost and so on, GPRS network is widely used in the remote wireless monitoring system.

The main purpose of the paper is to develop an embedded remote wireless monitoring system based on GPRS, which can be used in the mobile harbor cranes. The principle of key technology and the communication protocol in system is introduced first. Then the whole structure will be involved, which contains hardware and software solution. On the hardware, the system uses STM32F407 as the core control chip and SIM300 which integrates TCP/IP protocol as GPRS communication module. Then the paper introduces the CANopen interface circuit, power circuit, display driver circuit and the standby interface circuit. The software is written to realize each module functions including the collection, transmission and reception of data. Finally, the company can use PC software on the remote monitoring computer to display data from the GPRS network transmission.
