摘要自动炮的未来发展方向之一是提高其最大射速。本篇毕业设计说明书主要是通过自动机三连发的方法来达到自动炮提高射速的目的,主要研究自动机的开关闩机构和击发机构。 首先,对于杠杆卡板横动式开闩机构要选择正确的基础构件和工作构件的参数,包括其质量、复进簧的初力以及复进簧的刚度,然后根据经典的开闩机构设计流程,进行三次开闩计算。对于击发机构的设计,主要采用机械式引燃法,具体为击针式击发机构,主要是设计其击针簧的参数。69426 其次,在开闩机构的设计过程中,数值计算主要是通过计算机软件matlab进行编程计算。 最后,在前述研究基础上设计出一套对三连发自动机的开关闩机构和击发机构的设计方案,为以后其他学者在自动机提高射速方面的研究提供一定的参考。 毕业论文关键词 30mm3连发自动炮 横动式炮闩 杠杆卡板式开关闩机构 击发机构 毕业设计说明书外文摘要 Title 30mm 3 bursts of automatic gun design Switch latch mechanism and firing mechanism design Abstract One of the automatic gun future directions is to improve its maximum rate of fire.
