摘要:本课题主要设计的是汽车座椅支架零件级进模,此模具的主体结构较为简洁明了,实用度很高,可被方便简单地使用,安全系数较高。首先第一步是安装课题所给出的汽车座椅支架零部件计算此零件铺展开来的具体数据尺寸,工件的压力合力的交点要依据之前的具体数据,制作零件材料与实际消耗消耗材料所占的比例,并制作出零件的冲压排样布局的方式。由于凸凹模的尺寸以及精度要求不同,采用不同的计算方式计算刃口尺寸;冲压社别的选择取决与冲压力的结算结果;通过课题所给工件的对本课题制件外形尺寸以及几和形状进行分析计算,并对凸凹模的基本结构形状进行设计,最终规划模具的整体选择合适的标准件完成整个模具设计。进行完数据的计算后,对零件的整体设计方案,重要零件的凸凹模进行设计,对整体模具的装配工艺进行分析。在整个毕业课题的设计中完成所有课题要求其中包括模具的设计说明书和模具的主要零件二维图,课题所给零件二维图,整体模具的二维装配图等总共合并达到三张A0图纸的尺寸。69478 毕业论文关键词: 级进模;弯曲;冲压 Die design of automobile seat support Abstract: The main design of this subject is the progressive die of the automobile seat support.
