摘要:本课题是针对上海擎用汽车零部件有限公司需要检测电路接插件的问题进行研究。将搭建一个XY轴和Z轴的平台,采用两个摄像头作为检测接插件插针缺针或变形情况,选择放大倍率的镜头,将目标能多次成像,我选择相机在调节好了位置以后固定不动,采用XY轴滚珠丝杠带动检测工作台移动的方式,使接插件能按照指定方向移动,多次成像使得检测接插件工作完成。 本文研究的主要内容如下:69497 1. 以获得更高精度,高质量的图像为目标,对机器视觉检测系统上的硬件系统,如照明系统,图像采集部分进行了分析和选型。搭建一个以机器视觉检测为基础,应用两个相机检测的平台,为之后的图片的成像处理打好基础。 2. 以检测接插件插针缺陷为目标,分析和计算XY平台的移动过程,校核自行设计的零部件,使检测系统满足检测需求。 毕业论文关键词:视觉检测;接插件;XY工作平台 Design of automatic quality inspection system for circuit connector Abstract: This paper is aimed at the research of Shanghai engine Beijing Great Automotive Components Company Limited need to detect circuit connector problems.
