摘  要在飞速发展的现代工业下,塑料工业也形成了突飞猛进的变化,相应的对于注塑模具的设计要求也越来越高,生产时要保证产品的质量,在工业领域,制造精度也是重要的,所以要尽可能的提高产品的精度,缩短生产周期来提高生产效率。对于企业的发展这都是相当重要的。模具技术是一门综合性很强的学科,它囊括了数控、计算机机械等很多学科。

本文所设计的结构是泵盖注塑模,此设计涉及到了许多塑料的成型工艺,本文做了详细的讲解。主要就是设计合理的零部件,选择适用的浇注系统,还要配备合理的冷却,在生产完成时,适当的完成脱模。其中附带了许多CAD图纸,便于更好的分析模具结构。69594

Pump cover injection mold design

Abstract Under the rapid development of modern industry, plastics industry also formed the rapid changes and the corresponding requirements for the design of injection mold is also getting higher and higher, the production to ensure product quality, in the industrial area of the manufacturing accuracy is an important, so as far as possible to improve product accuracy, shorten the production cycle to improve production efficiency. This is very important for the development of enterprises. Mold technology is a comprehensive discipline, it includes a lot of disciplines, such as CNC, computer, machinery, etc..

In this paper, the design of the structure is the pump cover injection mold, the design involves many plastics molding process. This paper makes a detailed explanation. Is mainly to design reasonable parts, the application of the pouring system, also equipped with a reasonable cooling, when the production is finished, complete the appropriate release, which comes with many CAD drawings, to facilitate better analysis of die structure.
