油漆刷制刷机理毛机构设计+CAD图纸

摘要自动化生产已经成为现代工业生产制造的大趋势。现代机械自动化在设计和制造上具有多功能,高质量、高可靠性、低能耗的意义。油漆刷作为在日常及工业工作中使用的一种工具,被广泛使用于涂漆、除尘、除灰等工作。本文的目的是将油漆刷中的乱毛理顺,去除短毛。理毛工序能提高油漆刷的质量,提升油漆刷的使用性能。理毛机构的设计降低了人力的消耗。 本设计主要是设计出理毛机构,通过设计的理毛机构来完成清理杂毛的工作。整个机构主要包括上料部分,运输部分,理毛部分三个大部分。设计的上料口进行油漆刷的装填,运输部分通过传动链来进行油漆刷的运输,并经由弹簧进行夹紧,以保证油漆刷在运输过程中的平稳。理毛部分通过设计的滚筒及滚针来完成乱毛理顺,短毛去除的工作。69597 本文通过对理毛机构的设计可以完成清理杂毛,理顺乱毛的工作。机械结构的设计贯彻了优化设计的理念。 毕业论文关键词:油漆刷 上料 运输 理毛 Abstract Automated production has become a major trend in modern industrial manufacturing. Modern machinery automation has a multi-functional, high-quality, high reliability, low power consumption significance in the design and manufacture. Paint brush as a tool for use in their daily work in the industry and is widely used in paint, dust, ash and so on. The purpose of this is to paint brush chaos straighten hair, short hair removal. Grooming process can improve the quality of the paint brush, paint brush used to enhance performance. Grooming mechanism design reduces human consumption. Since this design is to design a mechanism grooming, through the design of grooming institutions to straighten out the mess of fur’s work. The entire mechanism includes feeding section, transportation section, part of the three most grooming. Design loading port for loading the paint brush, part of the carriage by the drive chain to transport paint brush and clamping via springs to ensure that the paint brush steady during transport. Grooming section through the design of roller and needle to complete mess straightened hair, short hair removal work. Through the design of grooming institutions to straighten out the mess of fur’s work. Mechanical structure is designed to implement the optimized design concept.
