摘要在这次设计过程中,根据颗粒机总体设计要求设计零部件,对零部件的尺寸、材料、零部件之间的配合进行分析、计算、选择。并对重要的零部件或者要求高的零部件进行有限元分析设计。选用尺寸尽量避免零部件之间的干涉问题,尺寸合理。70010

本次设计是在导师董广强教授的大力支持下。在董教授的耐心辅导下我与胡伟同学合作,共同设计出一套致力于生产木屑颗粒与饲料颗粒的机械装备。此装备利用环形制粒模,利用压辊从径向滚压挤出模型长条,切刀片将长条切成颗粒。就是本次设计的原理基础,

设计一种颗粒机,将秸秆等材料进行粉碎,并挤压成所需颗粒,实现秸秆深加工利用。本次设,我根据颗粒机总体设计设计零部件,对零部件的尺寸、材料、零部件之间的配合进行分析、计算、选择。并对重要的零部件或者要求高的零部件进行有限元分析设计。选用尺寸尽量避免零部件之间的干涉问题,尺寸合理。

Particle machine parts design
