摘要随着世界煤矿产业的高速发展,世界各国对开采煤矿的机械也提出了更高的 要求。掘进机便是开采煤矿的主要机械设备。掘进机的先进与否决定了开采煤矿 的速度和质量,进而影响到煤矿产业的经济效益。因此设计一台先进的掘进机对 于煤矿产业来说至关重要。70366 截割部是掘进机开采煤矿的重要设备,该设备的质量好坏、寿命的长短直接 影响到掘进机的性价比。本文主要是针对掘进机截割部进行合理的设计,所参照 的是 EBZ-125 型掘进机截割部。首先本文总体概括了掘进机的发展历史以及未来 发展趋势,同时对各种各样的掘进机进行阐述。接着对 EBZ-125 型掘进机的各个 组成部分大体的解释。然后详细地介绍了掘进机截割部的组成部分以及所选用的 材料。对 2K-H 型减速器齿轮材料的选用、齿轮参数的选定以及强度校核进行了 详细的说明与计算。 该论文有图 9 幅,参考文献 18 篇。 毕业论文关键词: 掘进机;截割部;截割头;行星减速 Design of cutting part of boring machine Abstract With the rapid development of the coal industry in the world, the world has put forward higher requirements for the coal mining machinery. Tunneling machine is the main machinery and equipment of coal mining. The advanced or not determines the speed and quality of coal mining, and then affect the economic benefits of coal industry. Therefore, it is very important to design an advanced boring machine for coal mining industry. Cutting department is an important equipment in the coal mining of the boring machine, the quality of the equipment is good or bad, the length of life directly affects the ratio of the boring machine. This paper is mainly aimed at the cutting part of the boring machine to carry on the reasonable design, the reference is the cutting part of the EBZ-125 type. First of all, this paper summarizes the development history and the future development trend of the tunneling machine, and expounds various kinds of boring machines. Then the general interpretation of the various components of the EBZ-125 type boring machine. Then it introduces the components of the cutting part of the tunneling machine and the materials used in this paper. The selection of gear material, the selection of gear parameters and the strength check of 2K-H type gear reducer are described in detail.
